These terms govern your use of SEO Portal, provided by Webhike Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

SEO Portal reads data from Google Search Console for websites you control and presents ranking reports and SEO recommendations. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking or traffic result.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and only connect Google accounts and websites you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, overload or attack our systems, or use the Service for anything unlawful.

4. Data

You keep ownership of your data. Our use of it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Webhike Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings.

6. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion by emailing support@seo-rankbot.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
